Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully prepared and handed over to our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
International shipping services may be introduced in the future.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Dubai: 1–2 business days

• Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Fees

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout the UAE.

• Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order

• Full payment is made at the time of delivery

Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Delivery Attempts

Caesar is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images so we can assist you promptly.
